We do not have parking however there are car parks nearby -

Are there public transport links?
There are transport links from Norwich, Dereham & King’s Lynn (and many other places) to Fakenham town centre. There are bus stops right outside our building!

Accessibility
There are two steps up into the building.
Some rooms on the ground floor are then accessed by another 3 steps.The staircase to the first floor is quite steep.
The toilet is on the first floor and the entranceway is narrow.

What do I do when I arrive?
Visits to Verbatim are by appointment only. Unfortunately, there is no waiting room, so we ask that you wait outside and do not ring the doorbell until your allocated time to avoid disruption.

What do I do while I wait for my child or person I’m accompanying?
We ask that you remain in the local area. There are a number of cafes, shops, a library and local walks.

Will I have the same therapist/ practitioner? At the same day/ time?
Your therapist/ practitioner will remain the same. Where possible, your session day/ time will also remain the same. There may be some circumstances where this needs to change, however, the therapist/ practitioner will organise this with you on an individual basis. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact your therapist/ practitioner for clarification.

If my sessions are outdoors, where will they be based?
On a case by case basis, we may use local green areas, we will also maintain our relationship with Pensthorpe Natural Park. In some cases (AP), any children going off site will be accompanied by at least two adults.
