Meditation and Mindfulness Trainer
Bruce trained in Meditation and Mindfulness for 25 years with the Triratna Buddhist Order.
During this time he has developed his own unique meditation and teaching practice, which he has shared over the last ten years.
He has taught many people how to meditate: how to direct the mind in order to transform impulses of restlessness and anxiety into freedom and creativity.
Positive emotional well being, self-awareness and attunement in relationships are also explored, either in one-to-one sessions or as part of a group.
He is trained to Degree level as an Integrative Psychotherapist, and has facilitated hundreds of hours of practice as a Counsellor at Norwich & Central Norfolk Mind.
