Anna Lidzey

Art Psychotherapist

Anna is a qualified Art Psychotherapist and experienced family worker. She brings both an active and creative approach to therapy and loves working outdoors.

Specialisms include working with children and teenagers who have: complex trauma, attachment difficulties and Learning Difficulties. With an Art Therapy background, she incorporates a variety of contemporary evidenced based approaches (mindfulness, mentalisation and neuro-sequential therapeutics), appealing to a broad range of children and teenagers. Anna too offers psycho-social education and support to families, schools and professionals. 

Anna has provided therapy to adults with addiction problems, terminal illnesses, Learning Disabilities and dementia. Currently she supervises an array of healthcare professionals, teaches at the University of Essex and works in private practice.
