Cooking (and the eating that follows) is a great opportunity to come alongside our clients (children and adults alike) to create a safe comforting space where they can talk freely and process the things that may be going on in their lives.
We have been having lots of fun in the woods over the past few weeks, sculpture, fire building, damper bread, den building, tool using and even open air performance!

Yesterday we were very excited to have a group of children join us from a local school for our first proper Forest School session led by our specialist Forest School teacher Sophie. We had great fun building shelters, making clay heads and finishing with toasting marshmallows over the fire 😋
We are so excited to be working in conjunction with Inner Grace Equine and Animal Assisted Therapy Centre in Wisbech. We regularly have Winnie (Miniature Shetland Pony) and Oscar (Dog) accompanied by Michelle Smith (Animal Assisted Therapist) come and join us for the day to share their healing therapeutic vibes!
Please get in touch with us if you would like to know more about animal assisted therapy on email@example.com or call us on 07984829165
